Dr. Jeffrey Gold, president of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, joined us on Wednesday’s Rural Health Matters segment to discuss heart health and what steps individuals can take to protect themselves.
In his interview with RFD NEWS, Dr. Gold emphasized that heart health varies across stages of life and encouraged viewers to be aware of risk factors early, even if they feel healthy and active.
