Rural Healthcare At Risk From COVID-19

Health care experts are saying that COVID-19 is a big concern for rural communities.

According to Alan Morgan, the CEO of the National Rural Health Care Association: “Rural America is older, sicker, poorer...This is the population most at risk for COVID-19.”

Issues like understaffed hospitals and limited beds emphasize the need for social distancing and proper personal hygiene.
