Senate Passes Coronavirus Relief Bill

RFD-TV’s Corryn La Rue reports that the Senate, after three rounds of negotiation, has passed the Coronavirus Relief Bill. The four days of negotiations has lead to nearly $2 trillion dollars in aid, a good portion of which will drastically help the ag sector.

The next step is for the House of Representatives to vote on the bill; if approved it will hit the president’s desk where it will likely be ratified quickly.

It has also been reported that 3.3 million people are out of work due to the coronavirus.
