While we continue to hear of the flooding impact in the upper Midwest, producers in the High Plains are facing historic drought. It was the focus of a bipartisan field hearing earlier this week, where farmers and ranchers shared some first-hand perspective.

Senator Roger Marshall of Kansas joined RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander to discuss what farmers are asking for, how producers are coping, his work with Senator Bennet of Colorado, and his thoughts on the Farm Bill.
