The Biden Administration has released a roadmap that includes increasing the production of energy crops like corn and making better use of ag residuals. Several agencies have weighed in saying more research and development is needed to produce and collect more biomass resources.
The plan also calls for more coordination from the federal government when it comes to oilseed cover crops and other near-term lipid crops.
