Some rural counties have no ICU Beds

Janet Adkison reports on how 11 million people in America live in areas with no hospitals and nearly 18 million live in areas with hospitals but do not have ICUs. Many of these areas have low resources and have high percentages of elderly people, thus emphasizes the need for social distancing orders and stay-at-home advisories.
