Still Missing a Lot of Info: RFA weighs in on the new guidance around the 45Z tax credit

New guidance around the 45Z tax credit is sparking uncertainty across the ag community. While the U.S. Treasury has released more information, many say that there’s still a need for better clarity.

Geoff Cooper with the Renewable Fuels Association spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on how the package falls short, what this means for producers, and the next steps.
