Vet Says COVID-19 Not a Significant Threat to Livestock

A tiger in a New York zoo recently tested positive for COVID-19. This raised much concern over whether or not other animals could catch this deadly virus. Jim Lowe of the University of Illinois wants to assure the nation that livestock is in no serious threat.

Lowe states that the virus does not infect pigs, ducks or chickens; he goes on to assume the same can be said for other livestock.
