NFU has joined other ag groups in their fight for Right to Repair

The National Farmers Union has joined several groups in a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission accusing John Deere of violating anti-trust laws. The groups are fighting for the Right to Repair.

Last summer, the White House directed the FTC to create new rules regarding the issues, but the agency has yet to do so.

National Farmers Union, Senior Government Relations Rep, Aaron Shier spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the lawsuit, why the “Right to Repair” is so important, and the timeline for possible change.
