Washington Watch: National Assoc. of Farm Broadcasting Convention is where ag groups voice their yearly goals

Numerous ag groups are gathered under one roof for the National Association of Farm Broadcasting Convention. It is their time to tell the public their goals for the year and how they are working to help you and your operation.

The nation is being faced with a plethora of challenges, especially during a very important time for farmers, and there could be a lot of unknowns. We caught up with the National Association of Wheat Growers to see what is on their agenda this year.

From input prices to weather disruptions, farmers are coping with market hurdles. We caught up with the CEO of the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives to learn how local coops are handling the current situation.

All eyes are on fertilizer, the ag industry may see some price relief thanks to the Farm Bill. Prices are also dominating conversations at the National Association of Farm Broadcasting’s annual Washington Watch.
