Supply Chain Kryptonite: What are the possible ripple effects of a rail strike in Canada?

A potential supply chain disruption could be on the horizon as rail workers in Canada authorize a strike. While any stoppage could be limited to the rail networks in Canada, American producers could also feel some of the ripple effects.
