We should not expect a second phase in trade deal with China

A second phase in the trade deal with China is unlikely to happen. At least that is what former U.S. Ambassador to China, Terry Branstad believes.

He says China is market-distorting, meaning they are subsidizing their state-owned enterprises. It was something the Trump Administration tried to address but did not quite get there, and Branstad says President Biden does not want to look into it.
