You have more time to voice your concerns on fertilizer industry issues

The public comment period on fertilizer industry issues has been extended until July 15th.

This allows producers to discuss competition, supply chain concerns, and capacity expansion within U.S. borders.

USDA’s Ag Marketing Services Division is soliciting input on domestic fertilizer capacity expansion. The Department has already committed $500,000 to expand. It is also looking for input on anti-competitive practices within the fertilizer marketplace.

“This extension of time under the RFI will be helpful to highlight and facilitate additional comments regarding capacity expansion.”

You can mail in your comments or leave them online.
