Weather Worries: Concerns rise in Texas and Oklahoma over flooding

From drought to deluge, concerns are growing that rain in Texas and Oklahoma could produce flooding.

Extreme heat and drought have hit these two states hard this summer, and AccuWeather says that means that sudden rain will likely end in flooding, specifically highlighting the potential in the northern and central parts of the Lone Star State. While all crops need rain, flood conditions spell trouble.
