Despite current economic conditions, ag leaders are hopeful the next 12 months will be better for the industry.
A study from UMPQUA Bank found some of the top concerns within the ag sector center around interest rates, access to financing, staffing, inflation, and disruptions because of tech innovation.
Through the survey, the bank found ag leaders are working to update plans for next year and identify key areas where they can make improvements. Those include protecting payment systems, changes to services, digitizing areas to improve efficiency, expanding real estate footprint, and bringing supply chains back home.
