The Tennessee Cattlemen’s Association is working to address food insecurity while also supporting youth in agriculture.

Their Second Harvest Initiative empowers young cattle exhibitors and in-turn provides thousands of pounds of protein to food banks.

Director of Youth Programs and Outreach, Melinda Hart and Ella Coleman, who exhibited the 3rd Overall Market Steer, spoke with RFD-TV’s Suzanne Alexander about what the program.
