Texas Ag Commissioner, Sid Miller gives an update on Tropical Storm Beryl and its impact to agriculture

Hurricane Beryl is now a Tropical Storm and has caused significant disruption in Texas, impacting over 2 million homes and businesses with power outages.

According to officials, the storm’s torrential rains and high winds forced major port closures in Corpus Christi and Galveston. These closures affected crude oil exports, refinery operations, and global shipping lanes.

Texas Ag Commissioner Sid Miller joined RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander to discuss the storm’s impact to agriculture and how others can help.
