Texas Country Reporter’s Bob Phillips celebrates milestone & remembers the late Loretta Lynn

Join the celebration as RFD-TV’s weekly series, Texas Country Reporter celebrates 50 years!

This Friday, Bob and Kelley Phillips will be in our Fort Worth Stockyards Studio for an RFD-TV tribute. At 8 pm Eastern, you can enjoy the premiere of the Rural Americans featuring Bob’s Amazing Journey. At 9 pm Eastern, you can enjoy the broadcast of the 50th-anniversary anniversary episode of Texas Country Reporter. After that, Bob and Kelley will discuss the milestone along with their closest friends in the audience.

In honor of the celebration, Bob Phillips spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison about some highlights over the years, what we can expect from Friday’s celebration, what his favorite part of producing the show is, and also what he will remember most of Loretta Lynn and her impact on rural America.
