The House will review two bills that could impact agriculture spending

Some major ag spending bills are coming to the table on Capitol Hill this week.

House Democrats are putting a package together that encompasses six 2023 spending bills, including measures that fund USDA, FDA, EPA, and the Department of the Interior. The package would increase spending on conservation technical assistance, rural broadband, and food safety. Republicans say the 8 percent spending hike is excessive.

Tomorrow is the deadline for representatives to submit revisions.
