Private property rights are often a big focus in agriculture. Recent court developments have further underscored their importance, with rulings covering everything from the Ag-Gag Law to hunting on public lands.

Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law spoke with RFD-TV’s Suzanne Alexander on what led to the Iowa Ag Gag Law ruling, the right to access corner-locked public land, and what the ag community needs to keep in mind.
