There is now a delay in the John Deere right-to-repair case

There is a delay in the John Deer right-to-repair case.

More than seventeen farmers filed suit against the ag equipment manufacturer and are asking for structured data on the company’s Equip System.
That system contains information on equipment owners such as work history on the machines.

Remember, this lawsuit stems from allegations of monopoly in the repair service market.

Waiting for the requested data could delay the case for at least another six months.
