TONIGHT: Gaither Gospel Hour Premieres Exciting New Special on RFD-TV

Catch the special, “Praise and Worship: More Than a Hollow Hallelujah,” on The Gaither Gospel Hour, Friday at 8 PM ET only on RFD-TV!

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (RFD-TV)Friday night on The Gaither Gospel Hour, Grand Ole Opry members and gospel music favorites, The Isaacs, will usher in a spirit of worship with heartfelt performances of some of today’s most celebrated praise songs.

Joining us from the road is Sonya Isaacs, who shared the inspiration behind their latest album, “Praise and Worship: More Than a Hollow Hallelujah.”

Sonya says the project was born out of the group’s frequent opportunities to lead worship at churches and events across the country. The 12-song album combines The Isaacs’ signature acoustic harmonies—with mandolin, Becky Isaacs Bowman on guitar, and Ben Isaacs on bass—while also embracing a full-band production featuring electric guitar, drums, and dobro.

The title track, “More Than a Hollow Hallelujah,” is an original song written by the family and serves as the centerpiece of the project.

The Isaacs are currently on tour, bringing their worship experience to performing arts centers across the nation. The special was filmed at the Fisher Center for the Performing Arts at Belmont University in Nashville as part of the Gaither Music Group series. Fans can also enjoy the project on both CD and DVD formats.

Catch “Praise and Worship: More Than a Hollow Hallelujah” on The Gaither Gospel Hour, Friday at 8 PM ET only on RFD-TV.
