Tufts University is now offering undergrad studies on cellular agriculture

Several companies have made a commitment to cultivated meat, and now one University is going to offer studies around it.

Tufts University in Massachusetts will now offer a minor degree in cellular agriculture. The school calls it the first and only undergrad degree in the field. It is geared toward advancing tissue engineering research and supporting food industry innovation.

Students who enroll will have six classes, including a research project course.
