Two Tennessee men were arrested in conjunction with the alleged theft of cattle last Wednesday. One of the men is a former Cookeville, Tennessee police officer, according to the Livingston Enterprise.
48-year-old Shannon Smith, a former police officer, was indicted on two counts of theft of property for taking 17 calves from Randall Dixon.
