“U.S. economy might not be in a recession, but ag, at least on the grain side, is,” according to one expert

A decline in both farmland prices and ag equipment sales is signaling concerns for the rural economy, with 40% of farmers expected to lose money this year.
That is according to the latest Rural Main Street Index, which plummeted to its lowest level since the beginning of the pandemic.

Dr. Ernie Goss with Crayton University spoke with RFD-TV’s own contributing factors, ag banker expectations, and the outlook for ag exports.
