U.S. ethanol exports are well ahead of last year’s numbers, with Canada being the largest buyer nearly 40 months in a row.
Overall ethanol exports are up 41 percent compared to last year, but between May and June, those numbers fell 6 percent. The Renewable Fuels Association says Canada took the lowest amount all year during that time, but they remain the top buyer of U.S. ethanol.
Distillers dried grains took a 7 percent fall on the month, but solubles rose 15 percent on the year.
