A record-breaking fish has been caught in a Georgia river.
Timmy Woods caught the largest ever “Hickory Shad” in the Ogeechee River. The fish weighted two pounds and 10 ounces, breaking the previous record at two pounds and three ounces. The fish is normally found in the Atlantic Ocean, but is found in this river on occasion.
