In Laredo, Texas, a USDA inspector is accused of bribery.
The FBI says that Roberto Adams allowed tick-infested and diseased cattle in from Mexico, in exchange for bribes.
The scheme went on for two and a half years. Adams could spend 15 years in prison if convicted.
The U.S. imports more than a million head of feeder cattle from Mexico every year.
