USDA seeks partners to expand outreach on pandemic relief efforts to ag producers

USDA wants partners to help increase outreach on pandemic assistance for ag producers.

The efforts are aimed at projects that will run from six months to a year. The Farm Service Agency Administrator explains who is eligible to apply.

“Federally recognized Native American tribe governments, that would also include our Alaskan native brothers and sisters up north. Native American tribal organizations other than federally recognized tribes, and public and state control institutions of higher education, including 1890 land grant, 1994 tribal land grant colleges,” Administrator Zach Ducheneaux states.

FSA says that the target is to have awards in place by September 1st. If you do not qualify, the agency will notify you by June 20th.
