Tragic news out of Utah as ABC 4 News reports a 35-year-old woman is dead after a horse-riding accident Wednesday.
Deputies with the local Sheriff’s Office said they were called to a ranch in southern Utah County on a report of a woman injures in a horse-riding accident.
According to reports, the woman was riding her horse when someone from a nearby ranch heard her scream.
Local authorities believe the woman fell from the horse and struck her head on a pole causing severe head injuries which would ultimately lead to the woman’s death.
