Vilsack nominated for USDA Secretary

We may have a nominee for Secretary of Agriculture and that would be Tom Vilsack.

President-Elect Joe Biden is expected to make the formal announcement by the end of the week. Vilsack of course served as the Ag Secretary under the entire Obama Administration and has since been CEO of the U.S. Dairy Export Council.

Additionally, Marcia Fudge, an Ohio congresswoman who currently serves on the House Agriculture Committee is expected to lead the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
