Volunteer pilots with the Boeing Employees Flying Association teamed up with the Washington State Hospitals Association to deliver thousands of masks and PPE to rural hospitals across Washington state Q13 Fox reports.
There are four planes and around 15 pilots ready to fly. The pilots have already delivered over 150,000 masks to hospitals across the state.
This comes as rural hospitals across the country are on the brink of shutting down due to a financial crisis and need all the help they can get.
