CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Volunteers came together to help a Cape Coral family in need.
Just days before Christmas, father of five Easton Taylor fell off a ladder and hit his head on the concrete. Doctors at a local hospital put Taylor in a medically induced coma to allow his brain to heal.
Taylor was power washing his house when he fell off the ladder, after which the family was going to paint their home.
The day after Christmas, volunteers come together to paint the Taylors’ house.
Loved ones said this is a tremendous help.
Taylor’s mother in law told NBC 2 News, “The outpouring of love and support from all the teachers and everyone at the church and this community, it’s just been so uplifting and we’re so appreciative.”
