Waiting On Ruling: Good Meat is in court for trademark infringement and false advertising

Cultivated meat maker Good Meat is in court.

It is being sued for trademark infringement and false advertising by none other than The Good Meat Project.
The Oregon-based nonprofit works toward industry innovation to continue to improve an ethical and responsible meat market.

They say that the cult meat maker’s logo is too similar to theirs and consumers will get confused.

The judge has yet to rule.
