A Canadian man named Ryan Peterson was skating on a frozen lake during lunchtime earlier this month when he came across three deer suck in the middle of the lake.
Peterson contacted the Ontario Natural Resources Ministry, but the ice was too thin for them bring vehicles onto the ice so Peterson took matters into his own hands.
He used rope to pull all of the deer off of the lake and to the safety of the shore. They then proceed to run free back to the wild.
