We are in a crisis right now with rural veterinarian care. How do we change it?

More than 500 counties across the U.S. have shortages of veterinarians available to care for livestock, creating risks for the food supply chain.

A new report is now highlighting recommendations to increase the pipeline of rural vets.

Report author, Dr. Clint Neill of Cornell University spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander about how widespread the issue is and who is affected, why we are seeing shortages, and how we solve it.
