Many farmers use a captive insurance company to earn premiums tax-free. While it is a popular method, the Administration is reviewing regulations that could severely tax these arrangements.
Clifton Larson Allen’s Paul Neiffer spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander about what these companies do and they are so popular, how costly it would be if the Administration would tax these arrangements and if it will turn people away from using a captive insurance company.
