NASHVILLE, Tenn (RFD-TV) The picture on this year’s hard red winter wheat crop comes into focus – and it’s not too pretty. Scouts on the tour have released the final results, which include:
- Kansas Production: 243.3 million bushels
- Average Yield: 37 bushels per acre
- Lowest yield since 2002
- Lowest Kansas production since 1989
