Farmland values hit record-breaking prices this summer, but with inflation and rising interest rates affecting bidding at auctions, many are speculating over what to expect as we move forward to 2023.

President of American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, Dennis Reyman spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on what he is seeing in his area, how it compares to the previous bullish land market, and how it is impacting cropland rental rates.
