WOTUS Repeal: House lawmakers add language in hopes to change the rule

Lawmakers are once again looking to do away with WOTUS.

This week, the House repealed the EPA’s latest controversial rule. It was put within the Interior and Environment Appropriations Bill, which funds the Agency. The Senate will now have to vote on the Bill but there is no timeline for when it will reach the floor.

The White House is expected to get involved as the process moves along.
