A food wholesaler has filed a federal antitrust lawsuit against a handful of pork processors.
Jetro Holdings sells food products to groceries and restaurants and says that it bought pork at falsely higher prices between 2009 and 2017.
Defendants named in the suit include Hormel, JBS, Smithfield, Tyson, and others.
The lawsuit claims they conspired with Agri Stats Inc. to fix prices during that time period.
