100-year-old, Mt. Solitude Ranch is on the market for $80 million

Located outside of San Antonio, Texas sits a 3,630-acre ranch called Mt. Solitude Ranch.
This 100-year-old property belongs to the family of R.L. White, who owned a paving company and rock asphalt mine.

It has been on the market since 2022, but now they have finally announced a listing price— $79.9 million dollars. The listing is being handled by Icon Global.

The press release for the property reads:

“Since first introducing Mt. Solitude to the marketplace in 2022... we have been engaged with a series of ongoing development interests and options, as well as having received several expressions of interest and overtures from private individuals... While the owner would love to find the next private generational stewards to enjoy the ranch, it is hard to ignore some of the development and conceptual interests that we’ve looked at...”
