A few states are trying to pump the breaks on year-round E-15 sales

Iowa is one of a handful of Midwestern states that will soon be able to sell E-15 year round!

EPA says the plan will be implemented by April 28th, and the deadline has now passed for states to request a one-year delay.
Ohio and Kansas are the only two states that have made such requests. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine cited concerns for his state’s petroleum industry.

Two bills in Congress would make E-15 sales permanent nationwide.
