ACE touches on legislation that hopes to allow year-round sale of ethanol blends higher than 10%

Lawmakers have introduced legislation to increase the availability of biofuels like E15.

The Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act of 2022 aims to allow the year-round nationwide sale of ethanol blends higher than 10 percent.

American Coalition for Ethanol’s Ron Lamberty spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander about what the bill aims to do, how the legislation looks to address barriers and the next steps for the bill.
