The American Farm Bureau Federation is celebrating National Volunteer Week!
They say volunteers are the heartbeat of their organization, and they are taking the time this week to highlight the work of their members. The Leadership Development Team says there are many ways for Farm Bureau members to volunteer.
“So, whether you have a heart for serving the under resourced in your own community, or maybe you’re rallying around a farmer or rancher in another state that has experienced some sort of natural disaster that are becoming way to more frequent, or maybe you’re facilitating a discussion about policy issues that will promote profitability within the industry, there’s a volunteer opportunity for you and Farm Bureau no matter what your strengths are.”
National Volunteer Week runs through Saturday.
