43% of U.S. farmland is now farmed or co-farmed by women. However, a recent study by American Farmland Trust underscores disparities among women in agriculture, leading to barriers when it comes to accessing specific resources.

Director of Women for the Land, Gabrielle Roesch-McNally spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the reason for these gender equity barriers, strategies to support equity, and what the future holds.
