Austin Michael is tracing his path from a cattle-roping cowboy to a country troubadour with his album Lonestar

Austin Michael is a Texas native who learned to ride and rope at a young age, but after taking the stage of American Idol at just 15 years old, he found his calling with music.

He is set to release his upcoming album this March titled Lonestar.

He stopped by RFD-TV Studios to join Suzanne Alexander to talk about his Texas roots, his passion for writing, and what his audience can expect from the new music.
