There’s never a dull moment when exploring the endless rabbit trails associated with discovering “Where the Food Comes From,” and Season 1, Episode 2 is certainly no exception! The team visits a brand new $150 million Steve Troxler Agricultural Science Center facility, which brings all of North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDACS) research facilities under one roof. Along the way, they grab lunch with with Larry Smith, a world-famous North Carolina Christmas Tree Farmer. Then they donned plastic boots and goggles as they toured a necropsy lab, a fuel lab, and an inorganic chemistry lab.
