With a staff that is over 50% women, FarmHER + RanchHER host Kirbe Schnoor couldn’t pass up a chance to visit the coast and learn more about aquaculture. Chloe takes her to explore the hatchery’s innovative systems, visit the nursery, meet baby oysters and clams, and venture out to a farm on the water.
