Dolly Parton announces track list for upcoming rock album Rockstar

Dolly Parton, the new Rock n Roll Hall of Fame inductee, is joining forces with some of Rock’s most legendary artists for her first Rock album, Rockstar.

The album is a 30-song collection including 9 original tracks and 21 iconic Rock anthems, according to her website. It is set to hit the shelves and record shops on November 17 and will be available as a 4 LP set, 2 CD set, digital download, and streaming on all platforms.

She tells fans it is an honor to release her new work.

“I’m so excited to finally present my first Rock and Roll album Rockstar! I am very honored and privileged to have worked with some of the greatest iconic singers and musicians of all time and to be able to sing all the iconic songs throughout the album was a joy beyond measure. I hope everybody sings the album as much as I’ve enjoyed putting it together!”

The lead original track, “World on Fire” will be available May 11th to coincide with the world premiere performance of the song at the ACM Awards.
